Service Delivery

Gower Gas and Oil routinely provide Method Statements and Risk Assessments as required by our clients and for the guidance of our staff. Our Method Statements are task specific, tailored to the needs of individual clients and dovetailed to meet pre-existing statements carried out by the organisation(s) we work with. Our Office Management team oversee the satisfactory running of all scheduling, appointments and queries arising along with the administrative workers. All works requested are carried out in an efficient or timely manner and we are able to monitor and evidence this via our client management systems.


All staff wear company uniform, carry identification and convey themselves in our bilingual sign written fleet. Our current fleet of vehicles clearly bear the company’s name and contact details through their livery.

We do not leave clients with work unfinished (unless they request us to) or there are mitigating factors such as parts required on order.

In addition to electronic communications, a dedicated telephone line is available to our clients during working hours staffed by our administrative team.

Quality Control


The data gathered from Contract Management is used in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act throughout the service and maintenance process by us for a number of purposes all with the aim of improving service delivery. We can provide comprehensive details of how we achieve effective quality monitoring upon request.
